The Instituto Laboral Andino (Andean Labor Institute) is the research,
diffusion and labor training organ, dependent on the Andean Labor Advosory Council (CCLA).
It is composed of 16 Central Unions of the five countries of the Andean Sub region: Bolivia (COB), Colombia (CUT, CGT, CTC), Ecuador (CEOSL, CTE, CEDOCUT), Peru (CGTP, CUT, CTP, CATP) and Venezuela (CGT, CUTV, CODESA, UNT, CTV) whose operation is governed by the Statute and the Regulation approved by its General Assembly, which consisted of the same members of the CCLA. The ILA has its own legal function and it is at the all men and women workers´ service. |
